Paris Consultants was developed from the vision of Michael Paris, the firm’s founding Principal and today is a thriving, respected consultancy that is large enough to address the concerns of multi-billion dollar corporations as well as flexible enough to serve clients in emerging businesses.

Prior to founding PCI, Paris spent nine years with A.T. Kearney (Chicago, IL) as a Principal of the firm. He was responsible for developing and maintaining the operations strategy consulting practice and conducted nearly 70 assignments for major clients including Navistar, FMC, Chrysler, General Dynamics, John Deere and NASA.

Practical
Paris brought this no-nonsense, pragmatic approach to consulting to PCI, which translated into a staff of consultants that are exceptionally well-versed in their industries and are as comfortable in the boardroom as they are on the shopfloor. While the founding focus of PCI was on the operating problems of manufacturing and distribution companies, the practice has been expanded to include supply chain and engineering issues, and to incorporate strategic planning and executive mentoring.
